Daniela has over 20 years of experience working in the legal field. She has litigated hundreds of cases in state and federal courts and is ranked “Top 40 under 40” by the National Trial Lawyers. She is licensed to practice law in Nevada and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court of the District of Nevada and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit. She has recovered millions in settlements on behalf of her clients while staying true to her core value of providing personalized superior representation.

Prior to representing personal injury victims, Daniela worked as a Deputy City Attorney for the City of Las Vegas where she tried hundreds of criminal cases. She then went on to work with a renowned national law firm in its civil litigation division where she managed a complex litigation case load. She litigated dozens of cases and successfully argued contested motions before the Eighth Judicial District Court and U.S District Court.

However, Daniela knew her passion was to serve victims so she went on to found Madrid Hadges & Associates, which was rebranded to House of Law in 2022. She developed her interest in advocacy early on in her career through her work as a victim advocate for the North Las Vegas Police Department and then for the North Las Vegas City Attorney’s Office. During law school, Daniela received the Pro Bono Service with Highest Distinction award for her work with the Arizona Justice Project, an organization providing pro bono legal representation to people wrongfully incarcerated.
